Responsabilities

 Staying on Top of Responsibilities   I like to put time aside to do my homework and get caught up on life. If I don't make a time slot with a good number of hours in my day I won't do my homework. Then it will build up and stress me out even more. So, I decided to go to my favorite cafe to get an acai bowl and some coffee. this helps me relax and get out some stress before I start my homework task. I also like to write out a list of what needs to get done. So, when I do it, I can cross it off and feel accomplished. 

Feeling Pretty

 I provided a picture with some of the tools I use to "feel pretty", or clean.  In this picture I have a hair mask product. I use that when I want my hair to feel super soft and it smells good. I also have Q-tips and Cotten balls because I can clean the oils around my face. I also have one of my favorite perfumes because smelling good is important. Lastly, I have some makeup products because the best thing about being a girl is getting ready with the girls by getting my hair dolled up and my makeup did. So, when I'm able to do a night a couple times of the week to apply these to myself I feel by best and very pretty and clean. 

Staying Active

 I always feel my best when I am staying in shape. If I'm feeling down, I'll go workout because it always makes me feel better and raising my self-esteem and confidence.  The sport that I participate in for the spring semester is cheer. I did cross country in the fall. For, we have practice around 3-5 times a week and we are required to do 3, 45-minute lifts outside for practice and a 3-mile run. I have to stay in good shape for cheer, this way I will be able to be capable of doing the stunts. I also feel better myself when I am working out because I am more productive during my day, and I eat healthier. Therefore, making me feel better and clean. 

How I Regroup in My Life

My Safe Place Corner: I relaxed after cleaning my space and decorating it the way I want it.  I have recently just switched rooms and I didn't have a lot of time to do it. I had less then 48 hours and when your busy both days it's not easy switching rooms. Therefore, my room had been a mess with stuff everywhere for a couple days to many. I was finally able to get it all picked up and redecorate my new space. This corner of my room is my favorite because it feels cozy to me. I put some of my favorite items in this corner and having it clean makes me feel much more relaxed in my dorm room. Having a clean room helps me with my mental health because I know where everything is at and I feel clean.   

How I keep It Together

  Daily Outfit  I like to pick out my outfit before bedtime some nights. That way when I wake up, I feel organized and prepared for the next day. I like being able to pick them out by finding shoes, hair pieces, or any other accessories that match the piece. I also like to try and keep my style up to date and trendy. I think being able to set this into your routine is good because then you will feel prepared and ready for the next day.
