Staying Active

 I always feel my best when I am staying in shape. If I'm feeling down, I'll go workout because it always makes me feel better and raising my self-esteem and confidence.  The sport that I participate in for the spring semester is cheer. I did cross country in the fall. For, we have practice around 3-5 times a week and we are required to do 3, 45-minute lifts outside for practice and a 3-mile run. I have to stay in good shape for cheer, this way I will be able to be capable of doing the stunts. I also feel better myself when I am working out because I am more productive during my day, and I eat healthier. Therefore, making me feel better and clean. 

How I Regroup in My Life

My Safe Place Corner: I relaxed after cleaning my space and decorating it the way I want it.  I have recently just switched rooms and I didn't have a lot of time to do it. I had less then 48 hours and when your busy both days it's not easy switching rooms. Therefore, my room had been a mess with stuff everywhere for a couple days to many. I was finally able to get it all picked up and redecorate my new space. This corner of my room is my favorite because it feels cozy to me. I put some of my favorite items in this corner and having it clean makes me feel much more relaxed in my dorm room. Having a clean room helps me with my mental health because I know where everything is at and I feel clean.
